The academy is as much a community as it is a learning resource. The live sessions are also accompanied by a classroom facility within the platform containing numerous pre-recorded videos filled with advice and encouragement to watch at your leisure, as well as agency lists and so on. The more practical “hands on” a member is in producing content and sharing their successes the more this will snowball and help their careers by getting genuine first hand experience for not only experienced professionals but also those just starting out. So, if I were to sum it up in a single sentence I would say it is “A community, not just a how to manual”
